The cellar ensures that the wines are prepared according to your needs and expectations: Blending, fining, filtration, various treatments, in an air-conditioned atmosphere and in stainless steel.

Completely autonomous and computerized, the laboratory checks the wine at all stages of its development, from its bulk reception in the cellar to its shipment once bottled.

The laboratory draws up the wine’s analytical identity record which enables its traceability right up to the moment of drinking.
